Anti Clutter in Protection Zones/EXP Raids

When it's peak hours during the run of the server in a day you will find that the temple is cluttered with people who are simply away doing something.. which is alright, don't get me wrong I'll just push them into a depot stall or something and be on with my time i can play without people blocking me if i need to run around in the pz of temples, depots, and other locations.. Simply said,
Allow us to walk through eachother in protection zones and during EXP RAIDS when pvp is disabled! However do not let people enter other used TRAINING STALLs, or DEPOT STALLs.
:ph43r:
This would help a lot of us out in particular that last part

All Vocation Party EXP BONUS

I'll jump right into it.

Like rl tibia where if you have 1 of each vocation you would get something like a 75% total exp on all monster kills as it would add 50% once it's split between the 4 players so everybody would get a decent amount of experience from a team hunt instead of the experience splitting 1/4 for each player.

Perhaps the real tibia percentage is different than mine but it should be based on that.

MAYBE we could also have bigger parties with less exp for everybody else say 50% - 70% or whatever.. 2 of each vocation in a party would be amazing for those harder quests! :)

Team Hunting Tiers

Each tier of monsters would be guarded by a level door of that specific level, so monsters cannot be lured out and people can have a sense of security meaning players below their level cannot get in and start messing up the hunt you could be on. Also each tier of monsters would all spawn together in a group of the listed monsters for their respective tier.

Tier's 1 - 3 Levels 40 - 80

Small monsters such as Orcs, Trolls, Cyclops would fall into Tier 1
Medium monsters such as Dragons, or Giant Spiders would fall into Tier 2
Large monsters such as Dragon Lords, Hydras, Serpent Spawns would fall into Tier 3

Tier's 4 - 6 Levels 80 - 250

Hard monsters such as Demons, Warlocks, and Behemoths would fall into Tier 4
Harder monsters such as Ashtars, Winged Dragon of Ras, and the custom serpent spawn (forgot name) would fall into Tier 5
The hardest monsters such as Orshabaals, Osiris, and Hybrids would fall into Tier 6

Tier 7 Levels 250+

These monsters would otherwise be known as bosses are incredibly hard monsters to kill by yourself they could be Morgaroths, Yetis, and possibly other hard creatures would fall into Tier 7

This is just an idea, so bare with me.

Updated Housing System

As you all know right now you can purchase a house and you are only able to own one at a time per account. However there are a huge number of houses that are simply vacant due to the fact that players haven't logged in on those characters in a long time. So heres the suggestion/proposal.

If you own a house you should only have to pay ONCE to get it.. However, if you are not online for say at least 30 days your items in your house will be moved to your depot, and the house will be put up for sale again.

Now staff members such as GM Limp, or God Qutor could easily do this by themselves but I think it would be smarter if there was a script-based system in place so that it will detect people who are inactive for longer than 30 days and auto-boot them from the house like the current OTS systems do.

This is probably a hot topic since there are a lot of houses with inactive players who own them. Just thought I'd throw my two cents in there.

You're right! There are quite a few houses that are somewhat abandoned (owner and the people invited to the house havent logged in quite a while). But also, some of these houses have people invited that are still actively using them, so thats why they havent been sold.

In future we'll most likely have a system with the houses that lets you either rent one (pay monthly rent for the house) or purchase one for yourself, just like in real life. (Using crystal coins for both types of purchases, of course) Either rent one or buy one for yourself. Some people have paid real money for their massive houses, so they get to keep them for as long as they want, even if they dont login for an extremely long time.

What you proposed would sort of combine both, which could perhaps be a greater solution comapred to the "rent or buy" one. If there was a one time fee to buy a house, you could keep it to yourself as long as you stay active. And those who dont stay active can lose their houses.

more will be added as I go along..
